These terms form the end user license agreement between you and Papolus UG for the Mutual Ledger app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

License
Papolus UG grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mutual Ledger on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, nor redistribute, sublicense, rent or use it commercially without prior written permission from Papolus UG.
Intellectual property
The Mutual Ledger name, logo, design, code and content are owned by Papolus UG and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Mutual Ledger is a record-keeping tool: you are responsible for checking the amounts you enter and for any payments made between you and others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Papolus UG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or financial disputes between users, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Papolus UG is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
